With over 10 years in construction, remodeling, and project management, he’s known for attention to detail, clear communication, and doing work right. Paddy’s projects range from high-performance custom homes and renovations to disaster recovery and community rebuilding in Nepal and Dominica. He leads teams, coordinates with architects and subcontractors, and combines structural and finish carpentry expertise. Through Wildform, he applies this experience and a collaborative approach to deliver beautiful, durable living spaces and strong homeowner relationships.
